We were nearly last in line to check in. Yet we got middle and window and Paul and Nancy got middle and window behind us. When we were ready to roll, there was no one in the aisle seat to the left of Lisa so she moved over. I pointed out to Paul that It really isn't that bad back here as he squeezed out of the row with the the of them. Chuckle chuckle. lol
After getting to a transfer point in the airport, we had to wait. The Turkish Air desk won't open for another hour. It is a big room with chairs and a snack machine. Ridiculous. We can't move from here without a boarding pass. And even more ridiculous, once we get it we go through security. We just got off a plane, and followed a corridor with no contact with anyone but other passengers on the plane - so why do we need to go through security again. I smell make work project.
Our other option, which I would exercise if the wait was more than an hour was to leave security and go to the checking desk and get a ticket. Of course then we would have to go through security. Doh!
